Leysdown is the main Holiday Centre on the delightful Isle of Sheppey, Kent where families have come year after year to enjoy the easy, happy go lucky atmosphere that seems to greet you when you travel towards the Island. Access to Sheppey is by bridge and in 2006 a new modern second crossing was completed making travel to and from Leysdown and connecting motorways easier than ever.

All accommodation is self contained and self catering, you may cook and eat what the family likes, when you like or eat out locally. COMPLETE FREEDOM.
We have a range of modern Caravans, Chalets, Bungalows and Holiday Park Homes on nearby popular holiday parks. fully equipped comprising galley kitchen with fridge & gas cooker, they sleep 6 or 8 persons, furnishings, Colour Tv, lounge, two or three Bedrooms & fitted Shower. All are set on local holiday parks.

Brick built holiday Chalets / Villas are situated on various parks. Most common type are known as Beach Villas & they are situated in the heart of Leysdown and some have private garden / patio or Seaviews.
They consist of 2 or 3 Bedrooms, with double beds, single or bunk beds, fitted bathroom or shower / wc, lounge with open plan fitted kitchen - fridge freezer - electric cooker - microwave - colour TV. Choice of detached holiday bungalows - villas are semi detached, first floor with balcony & ground floor. All are fully furnished.
Please note; linen, ie sheets, pillow cases, towels are not supplied and visitors are requested to bring their own. Thank you.
Most parks welcome your custom & have their own family clubhouses for you to enjoy the entertainment available during the holiday season, i.e. Club Entertainment - Live Music from Resident Bands - Cash & Prize Bingo - Karaoke & Cabaret Shows. Try out amusement arcades along the promenade or countryside and beach walks - Don't forget Leysdown popular Sunday Bootfair Market. 'Bargains Galore' & much more! - In July 2009 Leysdown celebrated 100 years since the birth of aviation with one of the best carnivals in Kent. This venue will be held on JULY 31st this season. Deposits: A deposit of £40.00 per week per Chalet or Caravan is required to secure your holiday booking / reservation.
Electricity & Gas : Most type of accommodation have either or both, for this we charge an initial £10.00 in advance, per week, per let.

Must be paid in full 28 days prior to commencement of your holiday. All payments will be receipted separately and required upon your arrival.
We require that this be given in writing 28 days prior to the intended start date of your holiday booking.
By Train: To Sheerness - then bus 362 or taxi service from Sheerness to Leysdown on the Isle of sheppey.
By Car: A2/M2 London to Dover turn off at A249 to Sheerness then right at roundabout following signs towards Leysdown.
