Holiday home occupation is strictly limited to those named on the booking form. If this legal requirement is not met then termination of agreed letting with no refund could result.
If the party causes nuisance or disturbance to others they will be asked to leave with immediate effect, with no refund.
There is no responsibility or liability for personal injury sustained on the premises, nor loss of, or damage to personal property bought into the premises or communal grounds.
Deficiencies, breakages or failures are to be reported. Breakages of small items are expected to be replaced or paid for. Repairs are not permitted by guests.
Portable appliances are forbidden as chalets have limited voltage capabilities (e.g. heaters, toasters, sandwich makers, etc.) although personal grooming appliances such as shavers, hairdryers, tongs and straighteners are allowed.
We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas, electricity etc.) or any disturbance that is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to alter facilities offered to guests at our discretion. Occasionally maintenance, renovations and factors outside our control may cause differences from those previously advertised. Where possible, we will endeavour to advise guests of any significant changes.
Parking is related to the occupancy of the accommodation booked and vehicles are left at the owners risk.
Should you have any concerns during your stay please log a call to the office. This will provide us with an opportunity to rectify any issues as quickly as is possible. If you still feel matters were not dealt with in a satisfactory manner please report these within 48 hours of returning from your holiday. Any correspondence must be in writing from the lead customer that booked the holiday and letters must carry the signature of the customer due to the data protection act 1998. Please include your holiday reference details, dates and daytime/evening contact numbers.
We reserve the right to enter accommodation under exceptional circumstances, or emergencies.
